BEAVERTON – The Friends of Calhoun Park would like to extend a very sincere Thank You to Boy Scout Troop 755 and their leaders. This group recently, while camping at Calhoun Park in Beaverton, generously volunteered some of their time that weekend to the park. These seven young men, ages 11-17 did raking, clean up, and cut and marked a third walking trail for the park. They had a great time and managed to find some interesting items in the woods. A big thank you also to Troop leader Bob Campbell and Ann Haight who are committed to these Boy Scouts and are helping to mold and develop future leaders in our community. Thank you again to Nick Donovan, Zach Donovan, Dylan Parker, Ryan Parker, Collin Haight, Christian Court, and James Kirtley, you guys did a great job.
